Office Leaders
Mr Achille Chris JOSEPH is heading the Secretariat and the technical team. He has been in this position from February 2012. He had an earlier stint with the DEF before leaving to take up the position of human resources manager with Courts [now Unicomer] in 1999. In 2006, he became the CEO of the chamber of industry & commerce. He rejoined the DEF in February 2012. Achille sits as a Governor on the Dominica Business Forum and the OECS Business Council.
Ms Michelle MARSHALL is a Senior Labour- Management Analyst with responsibility for adding value to membership via technical and executive services in employment relations. She holds a degree in business administration from the Dominica State College, and is a UWI-Alumni in HR and in projects management.
